Facility profiles

Include the facility name, city and listing URL. We can help you request a free claim, review a profile preview or update approved content. We verify your authority before making operator changes. Public-record corrections require evidence from the relevant source.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

While pending, including approved but not independently verified live, email us to cancel and receive a full refund. After activation, use the CareLens Stripe billing portal to manage your subscription or cancel before the next renewal. For portal access issues, refunds or billing errors, email us with the facility name and invoice reference. Never send card numbers, bank credentials or passwords.

See the provider terms for pricing, publication, cancellation and refund details. Support requests are reviewed by an operator. Accepted pending cancellation and deadline refunds are tracked durably, including retryable failures, until the refund succeeds.

Email preferences and privacy

Reply “unsubscribe” to a promotional email or email [email protected] to stop promotional messages. Read our privacy notice or contact us about information you submitted.
