CareLensTrust Infrastructure

The trust layer for eldercare

The public record, made legible.

CareLens brings government provider records into regional eldercare directories. Licensing, inspection and quality data vary by state and care category; each directory shows available evidence and gaps. Payment never improves organic ranking.

What makes it different

Three rules we don’t break.

Most directories are advertising with a search box. CareLens is built on the opposite premise: the data is the product, and the data has to be true.

01

No fabricated facts

Every regulatory field comes from a real source row with provenance. When a fact can’t be verified, we say “Not verified” — we never invent an “Active / 0 / Verified.”

02

No paid rankings

Organic order uses available public-record signals, with alphabetical listings where quality data is not integrated. Sponsorship is a separate, labeled block. Money never moves a facility up the list.

03

Consent-first

We never store or forward a family’s contact details without explicit consent — and public-record findings can be corrected for accuracy, but never erased.

How it works

One hub of record. Many local fronts.

CareLens ingests state agency and federal datasets into a single system of record, resolves them with gated, confidence-scored matching, then publishes read-only consumer sites on top.

Sources

Public records

State licensing & inspection agencies (e.g. Florida AHCA) and federal CMS Care Compare — pulled directly, never scraped from brochures.

Hub

The CareLens record

One database of providers and available ratings, deficiencies, and sanctions — with provenance on every fact and gated matching on every link.

Fronts

Local Elder sites

Public-record directories for each region, with available source information and explicit gaps where licensing, inspection or quality data is not integrated.

The network

Regionally onboarded, one state at a time.

Explore public-record profiles across four state directories. Coverage and available evidence vary by location.

For facilities

A clearer profile for your facility.

Your facility may already be listed from the public record. Request a free claim, or explore the enhanced profile for eligible nursing home and assisted living listings in our served Florida, Georgia, Arizona and Texas regions: approved branding and images, a richer overview, FAQs, supported hours, an admissions link and one monthly content update. Your public record and organic ranking remain independent of payment.

The enhanced profile is $49/month for six total monthly billing periods, then $99/month. Payment starts review; publication requires approval.
